With a career spanning over two decades, and with extensive knowledge in hotel management, administration, operations, strategy planning, implementation, and business development, Saurabh has been there and done that. His successful stints include working in many national and international hotel chains like the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Taj Group of Hotels and JayPee Group of Hotels and he has fruitfully seen through all the required operational processes.

Leadership and organizational capabilities are second-nature to him and he has been part of many projects from inception and conceptualization till final opening. Thereafter, he has helped manage and operate fully functioning and operational units.
